2007 Q2

MAJOR MOVEMENTS

I bought a condo and am easing into high risk stocks now with a bit of my money. In the last quarter, I bit the bullet and cut off my CREAF stock which netted me a $600 loss. I also sold my MMM stock at its peak and gained $768.

THINGS TO NOTE

As my financial maneuvers gets more and more complicated, I find it harder to track with my previous simplified system. Therefore, I had to come up with a more efficient way to track how I am doing. It only stands to reason, to use a simplified version of the balance sheets that wall street uses.

That plus an organic growth section which keeps track of how much I earned officially after a transaction is done. The REAL value of the money when it’s not in the market. Unfortunately, I have to wipe my record clean and start over. It’ll take too much time to figure out just exactly what I did. If you want to know… everything.

For the sake of simplifying my life, I will limit the logging to each quarter instead of the time between two results posting. Q1 Jan 01 to March 31, Q2 April 01 to June 31, Q3 July 01 to Sept 31, Q4 Oct 01 to Dec 31.

If you bother to check, if I sell everything I have now, I am $12,611.83 in debt. Which means, that I am worth less than the average street bum.

CHANGE OF DIRECTION
It feels like the hi tech bubble of 2000 again. So I bought AMD and am waiting for the right chance to sell INTC to decrease my exposure in the Hi-Tech sector and dig in for a three year wait period for the stock to double in value. I started positioning myself for stocks that have long term potential and am also try everything I can to amass cash in order to purchase the heavily undervalued real estate stocks.
