My corporate culture

There is a trend that I believe is happening to the corporate culture which led me to think for an alternative method. The cause lies somewhere between the fad of multitasking and chasing after unicorn profit to appease the wall street gambling crowd. Appeasing your investors means that you neglect certain crucial part of your business that doesn’t show immediate profit, which eventually lead to crippling inefficiencies. A solution seems unlikely though because single tasking for a business means certain death.

What I propse, is a rolling 3 phased tic tac toe approach. Your turn, Opponent turn, Your Counter. Which should represent the stages: Capital investment for worker creation tools/efficiency, Costumer base expansion, Cost down. Each phase a corporate dedicated wide event while locking the other two stages in maintenance mode. This should allow the workers to put things unrelated to current phase away knowing that they will get a dedicated chunk of time to deal with it later. Easing mind and saving time from more focus.

Then again, these could all be wishful thinking because I am such a noob at this.
